How to measure
① Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal under your armpits.
② Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, above the hip bone. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.
③ Inside leg
Measure from your crotch to your ankle bone. Best done with a pair of well-fitting trousers.
